Character design - The Celestial Rulers

These characters belong to a project that I've been working on during the last year of my Concept Art and Illustration Master's degree. This assignment was quite an experience and I truly enjoyed creating these colorful characters as well as their story. 
Meet The Celestial Rulers, sibling monarchs ruling over the planet and all it's inhabitants.
